FAQ

What is the Notification Manager Role?

When the bot is first added, it will create the role Notification Manager. Any user that is given this role or has Administrator or Manage Server permissions will have access to change settings for the server on this website or via Discord's Slash Commands.

Why are my offline notifications not being deleted immediately after the set interval?

The interval is a minimum. There is a process that runs every few minutes to clean up these messages.

Known Issues 5

Streams that have not updated their game or title since September 8th will have no game or title information. This should go away with time but could occur with newly tracked streams until fixed. September 11, 2021
Message text is being sent with all notifications, even when it is set to be excluded. September 9, 2021
Offline messages are not being pruned until a new alert occurs. September 9, 2021
Attempting to add the bot to a new server is throwing an error message at certain times. Workaround: the bot does join and the user will need to click on Refresh Discord Data in their profile after receiving the error. September 9, 2021
Changing the channel that you push alerts into may prevent old messages from being updated or deleted. September 9, 2021
